The Shape
For more than 10 years Isaura has been organizing kids’ events and supporting parents and various associations regarding children's welfare and personal development. She also runs an indoor play area for kids.
The Process
We carried out an exhaustive analysis of the parenting support industry, as well as companies operating in fields relating to child psychology.
We interviewed parents, child carers, child psychologists, teachers, and potential customers of the brand. We also organized strategic meetings and spoke with Isaura Vieyra and her team.
This allowed us to plan the personal rebranding of Isaura Vieyra, around these points: positioning, brand tone, economic model, and merchandising.
Brand Strategy
Isaura Vieyra is famous in the kids’ entertainment and parental support industry, especially in French-speaking Africa. It was therefore necessary to restructure her branding, bringing more nuances and a harmonious artistic direction.
By combining Isaura’s personality, proven expertise, and reputation, we defined a clearer niche for the brand. This helped to position Isaura Vieyra in a unique and more specific way.
Brand Identity
With a minimalistic visual identity, we brought spice to Isaura Vieyra's branding in a playful way.
Customer experience design
We then created all the stationery elements, email signature, etc., to translate the essence of the brand, by the practices of the consulting industry.
Go-to-market strategy
We read the manuscript of the book “Plus fort(e) que mes limites”, which we fully illustrated and laid out, by teaming up with Beninese illustrator Ken Ahossan. Then, we planned and executed the book’s launch strategy from scratch.
Social media strategy
Before the launch of the book “Plus fort(e) que mes limites”, we worked with Isaura for 2 years on her content marketing strategy. Whether through content creation, graphic design, or copywriting, we made sure to maintain an authentic, clear, and relevant editorial line via all Isaura Vieyra’s touchpoints.
Photography & video
The next step consisted of highlighting the different facets of Isaura Vieyra and providing her with a coherent, convincing, and distinct visual universe.
These contents helped to grow her brand equity and contribute to a better connection with her target audience.
Public Relations
Last but not least, we led a 360-degree marketing campaign for the launch of the book “Plus fort(e) que mes limites”: billboards, magazine publications, press relations, production of advertising spots, celebrity endorsement, and events, we ensured that the book is launched in the best conditions.
