Party Pack is “a whimsical approach to everyday indulgences” that stands for breaking conventions and indulging in one’s desires. It’s a South African lifestyle brand.

The Shape
Party Pack’s target market is Gen Z. The brand emphasizes on good vibes in all circumstances. It promotes a lifestyle focused on mindful indulgence, self-awareness and freedom.
The brand wanted to launch a new product (3 types of scented candles in small format). Party Pack also needed an intuitive e-commerce site, to get closer to its target audience.
The Process
We started with an in-depth study of the brand's strategy, we then carried out an analysis of the South African lifestyle industry, particularly the scented candle market.
Then, we studied our target audience’s psychographics, to understand their aspirations, their habits and lifestyle.
We also tested direct and indirect competing products and organized strategic meetings.
This allowed us to develop a relevant artistic direction, to define the new product’s positioning, and to build the website’s architecture, with the brand’s attributes in mind.
Customer experience design
As a premium direct-to-consumer brand, memorable packaging is essential to the success of Party Pack scented candles. We ensured to provide a consistent sensory experience, emphasizing the main ingredients of each candle.
The choice of the dark bottle was obvious, to remain in line with the other Party Pack’s products.
Web Design
Party Pack delivers its products throughout South Africa. Orders used to be made via Instagram. It was necessary for the brand to finally have an intuitive and mobile-friendly website, to better manage orders and to highlight the brand and its attributes.
We therefore designed the entire user interface of the website as well as the back office, to ensure that the brand's consumers have a smooth, efficient and simple shopping experience.
