The Process
We started with an exhaustive analysis of the architecture, construction, and interior design industries.
We interviewed potential customers and spoke with direct and indirect competitors. We held strategic meetings.
This allowed us to develop: the brand’s architecture, its positioning, its personality, and its customer experience.
Brand Strategy
Woodhouse Design products are relatively new in French-speaking Africa. We have therefore oriented the positioning of the brand around strong values such as consistency, sustainability, and aesthetics.
By combining the brand’s values (imported know-how, originality, and sustainability) with its target market’s needs, defined a clear and lucrative niche for Woodhouse Design.
Brand Identity
We then redesigned the brand's visual identity to ensure that it’s more relevant and attractive to the target audience.
We wanted to create a visual system that was refined, dynamic, and timeless.
Customer experience design
Woodhouse Design does not just provide floors, the brand also offers installation, wood floor care, and cleaning products.
We therefore made sure to make the customer experience seamless, consistent, and efficient, both on the website, in-store, and via all the brand's touchpoints.

Through a series of pictures, we captured the essence of the brand to provide Woodhouse Design with an attractive, authentic, and aspirational visual universe.
